Ever since she was a child, she always felt like she wasn’t “normal” and did all she could to fit in. This eventually led to an unhealthy relationship with food, using it as an escape from reality. In her teens, this unhealthy relationship made her conscious about what she looked like from the outside, so she took weight-loss pills, over-exercised, and just did what it took to look good.

After developing cancer and not receiving answers to her questions by the medical professionals, she decided to study nutrition and alternative forms of healing. She healed herself from the inside and is now focused on helping other people the way she helped herself.

Today, Shana talks about her way of healing, the importance of being one with your mind and spirit, as well as why she thinks alternative healing will eventually become more mainstream in the future.
